Экстракорпоральный фотоферез в лечении реакции «транспл антат против хозяина»

Аннотация

Экстракорпоральный фотоферез доказал свою практическую эффективность в лечении хронической реакции «трансплантат против хозяина» после аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток и представляет собой альтернативу другим методам лечения. К его преимуществам относятся хорошая переносимость, отсутствие ограничений по возрасту, минимум инфекционных осложнений по сравнению с последствиями увеличения иммуносупрессии. Этот метод терапии дает реальное улучшение качества жизни.
