According to Dr. Poddubnaya, “there can be no discussion on whether all oncological patients have the same right to receive effective care – it’s obvious. The question is how to provide every Russian citizen their right to up-to-date diagnostics and treatment at the highest level. In answering this question, the first thing is to require country-wide use of novel medications, high-tech equipment. New drugs require modernization of the current treatment standards, and every patient has the right to medical care complying with these new, more effective, and safe treatment standards. We must also remember that oncohematologists need to constantly upgrade their professional skills.”

Dr. Poddubnaya’s professional, scientific and medical work is focused on achieving these goals using her truly encyclopedic knowledge of hematology.
