Аннотация
Нутритивная недостаточность – значимая проблема для пациентов с гемобластозами и солидными опухолями, негативный прогностический и предиктивный фактор, который снижает эффективность противоопухолевой терапии и ухудшает прогноз выживаемости.
В статье обсуждается роль нутритивной поддержки в улучшении результатов лечения, снижении осложнений и повышении качества жизни онкологических пациентов. Рассматриваются современные клинические рекомендации по применению нутритивной поддержки в онкологии и онкогематологии, подчеркивается необходимость раннего вмешательства и постоянного мониторинга для предотвращения и устранения нутритивных нарушений. Также обсуждаются различные методы нутритивной поддержки, включая пероральное, энтеральное и парентеральное питание, и важность персонализированного подхода для удовлетворения индивидуальных потребностей пациентов.
