Приверженность к лечению у пациентов с заболеваниями системы крови и реципиентов аллогенных органов и тканей

Аннотация
С середины прошлого века медицинские сообщества во всем мире стали придавать большое значение изучению приверженности к лечению у пациентов с заболеваниями, которым свойственны длительная и комплексная терапия, множество осложнений и потенциально высокий риск смерти. Соблюдение режима лечения является единственным и наиболее важным поддающимся изменению фактором, ставящим под угрозу результаты лечения. Низкая приверженность к лечению заболеваний остается всемирной проблемой независимо от расовых и социоэкономических особенностей регионов. В обзорной статье мы рассмотрели актуальность терминов, историю их возникновения, методы оценки приверженности, а также представили обзор исследований приверженности к терапии у пациентов с заболеваниями системы крови и реципиентов аллогенных органов и тканей.
