Методология работы детского популяционного канцер-регистра

Аннотация
Злокачественные новообразования (ЗН) являются одним из наиболее тяжелых заболеваний детского возраста. Разработка эффективных мероприятий противоопухолевого контроля невозможна без существования четкой системы мониторинга ЗН в детском возрасте. Популяционные канцер-регистры — основныой элемент системы мониторинга, позволяющий оценивать заболеваемость, распространенность ЗН и результаты терапии на популяционном уровне. В статье представлены международные рекомендации по регистрации случаев ЗН у детей и анализ полученных данных.
