Подходы к лечению анемии у больных злокачественными новообразованиями. Изменения в российской и международной практике за 2007—2008 гг.

Аннотация
В статье рассматривается тактика лечения анемии у больных злокачественными новообразованиями, в частности, использование эритропоэзстимулирующих препаратов (ЭСП). Назначение ЭСП остается основным рекомендованным методом лечения анемии у онкологических больных, получающих терапию цитостатиками, при условии, что отсутствуют устранимые другим способом причины анемии. Внедрение в отечественную практику дарбэпоэтина α позволяет сделать терапию ЭСП более удобной для пациентов и медицинского персонала.
