Вакцинация детей с онкологическими заболеваниями

Аннотация

В статье представлен международный опыт вакцинации детей со злокачественными новообразованиями, получающими немиелоаблативную терапию. Рассмотрены вопросы вакцинации детей как на этапе противоопухолевой терапии, так и после ее окончания. Показано, что в процессе проведения терапии снижается уровень антител к вакцинальным антигенам, в связи с чем может потребоваться проведение ревакцинации.
