Дифференциальная диагностика неходжкинских В-клеточных лимфом

Аннотация
В статье рассматриваются вопросы морфологической и иммуногистохимической диагностики неходжкинских В-клеточных лимфом. Проводится сопоставление иммунофенотипа В-клеточных лимфоидных опухолей, их «нормальных» клеточных аналогов с учетом четырех этапов В-клеточной дифференцировки: В-клетки-предшественницы костного мозга, зрелой наивной В-клетки, В-клетки с фолликулярной дифференцировкой, постфолликулярной В-клетки. Предложены алгоритмы иммуногистохимической дифференциальной диагностики.
