Паранеопластическая пузырчатка — редкое аутоиммунное осложнение при хроническом лимфолейкозе

Аннотация
Приводится описание больного 64 лет с паранеопластической пузырчаткой, развившейся на фоне циклофосфаном илейкераном привело к ремиссии ХЛЛ и исчезновению всех симптомов пузырчатки. В течение года после лечения больной находится в хорошем состоянии и получает только малые дозы лейкерана и преднизолона.
