Иммунофенотипическая характеристика острого миелоидного лейкоза у детей первого года жизни

Аннотация
Цель исследования – характеристика иммунофенотипа острого миелоидного лейкоза (ОМЛ) у детей первого года жизни. В исследование было включено 90 пациентов (40 мальчиков и 50 девочек) с острым лейкозом (ОЛ) в возрасте от 0 до 11 месяцев включительно. Частота выявления ОМЛ составила 26,67 % от всех ОЛ у детей первого года жизни, что было значительно чаще, чем у более старших детей (10,83 %; р = 0,0002). Отсутствие экспрессии CD61, а также высокая экспрессия CD99, CD15, CD133 и NG2 характеризовали иммунофенотип опухолевых клеток при наличии перестроек гена MLL. Диагностическая эффективность выявления экспрессии CD99 и NG2 для прогнозирования наличия перестроек гена MLL оказалась наиболее высокой. Таким образом, иммунофенотип ОМЛ у детей младше 1 года существенно различается в зависимости от наличия или отсутствия перестроек гена MLL. Описанные особенности экспрессии антигенов позволяют прогнозировать наличие какой-либо перестройки гена MLL при ОМЛ у детей первого года жизни, при этом наибольшей диагностической эффективностью обладает наличие экспрессии CD99 или NG2.
