Рецидивирующее течение тромбозов глубоких вен у детей со злокачественными заболеваниями крови: обзор литературы

Аннотация
Венозный тромбоз у детей со злокачественными заболеваниями – нередкое осложнение. Несмотря на успешное лечение, сохраняется вероятность развития рецидива тромбоза глубоких вен. Рецидивы тромбоза глубоких вен у детей со злокачественными заболеваниями являются редким осложнением, значительно снижающим качество жизни, тогда как у взрослых рецидивы тромбоза глубоких вен отрицательно влияют на выживаемость, ограничивая эффективность проводимого лечения. Факторы риска, влияющие на развитие рецидива тромбоза глубоких вен у детей, особенно госпитализированных для лечения злокачественных заболеваний, изучены недостаточно.
