Additionally, this paper modifies the terminology to clarify the distinction between MDS with low (&lt;5% in bone marrow) and increased MDS blast cell counts (5-9% for MDS with blast excess 1 (MDS-IB1) and 10-19% for MDS with blast excess 2 (MDS-IB2)).</p><p>This article describes the clinical observation of a patient with blast-overexpressing MDS with isolated 5q deletion.</p>
Дополнительно в данном документе модифицирована терминология, уточняющая различие между МДС с низким (&lt;5% в костном мозге) и повышенным количеством бластных клеток МДС (5-9% для МДС с избытком бластов 1 (МДС-ИБ1) и 10-19% для МДС с избытком бластов 2 (МДС-ИБ2)).</p><p>В статье приводится описание клинического наблюдения пациента с МДС с повышенным количеством бластов и изолированной делецией 5q.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>5q-</kwd><kwd>deletion of chromosome 5</kwd><kwd>myelodysplastic syndrome</kwd><kwd>dysplasia</kwd><kwd>cytogenetic abnormality</kwd><kwd>5q-syndrome.</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>5q-</kwd><kwd>делеция хромосомы 5</kwd><kwd>миелодиспластический синдром</kwd><kwd>дисплазия</kwd><kwd>цитогенетическая аномалия</kwd><kwd>5q-синдром.</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Khoury JD, Solary E, Abla O, et al.
