It reviews current clinical guidelines for the implementation of nutritional support in oncology and oncohematology, underscoring the necessity of early intervention and continuous monitoring to prevent and address nutritional deficiencies. Various methods of nutritional support, including oral, enteral, and parenteral nutrition, are also discussed, with an emphasis on the importance of a personalized approach to meet the individual needs of patients.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Нутритивная недостаточность – значимая проблема для пациентов с гемобластозами и солидными опухолями, негативный прогностический и предиктивный фактор, который снижает эффективность противоопухолевой терапии и ухудшает прогноз выживаемости.</p><p>В статье обсуждается роль нутритивной поддержки в улучшении результатов лечения, снижении осложнений и повышении качества жизни онкологических пациентов. Рассматриваются современные клинические рекомендации по применению нутритивной поддержки в онкологии и онкогематологии, подчеркивается необходимость раннего вмешательства и постоянного мониторинга для предотвращения и устранения нутритивных нарушений.
