Infections caused by human 6A and 6B herpes viruses are one of the leading causes of complications and mortality in hematology patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, especially in the first 100 days after transplantation. This review discusses the clinical features of infections caused by human herpes viruses 6A and 6B, their impact on the development of post-transplant complications, including graft-versus-host disease and graft failure, as well as methods of prevention and treatment.</p>
В данном обзоре рассматриваются клинические особенности инфекций, вызванных вирусами герпеса человека 6A и 6B, их влияние на развитие посттрансплантационных осложнений, в том числе реакции «трансплантат против хозяина» и несостоятельности трансплантата, а также методы профилактики и лечения.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>allogeneic bone marrow transplantation</kwd><kwd>human herpes virus type 6</kwd><kwd>chromosomal integration</kwd><kwd>prevention of viral infection</kwd><kwd>diagnosis of viral infection</kwd><kwd>antiviral therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>трансплантация аллогенных гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>трансплантация аллогенного костного мозга</kwd><kwd>вирус герпеса человека 6-го типа</kwd><kwd>хромосомная интеграция</kwd><kwd>профилактика вирусной инфекции</kwd><kwd>диагностика вирусной инфекции</kwd><kwd>противовирусная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Taxonomic proposals from the Herpesviridae study group.
