Unfortunately, conventional therapeutic strategy for relapsed/refractory disease is not accepted, and the effectiveness of carboplat‑in- and gemcitabine-containing regimens is unsatisfactory. Clinical experience of rituximab, ibrutinib and nivolumab in combination with polychemotherapy and own clinical case of successful relapsed Burkitt lymphoma treatment with targeted therapy and following autologous and allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are presented. Proposed program could achieve a complete remission of Burkitt lymphoma, but short-term after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation diagnosed T-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia became fatal for the patient.</p>
Предложенная тактика терапии позволила получить полную ремиссию лимфомы Беркитта, но развившийся в короткие сроки после аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток Т-линейный острый лимфобластный лейкоз стал фатальным для больного.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Burkitt lymphoma</kwd><kwd>hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd><kwd>relapse</kwd><kwd>second-line therapy</kwd><kwd>targeted therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лимфома Беркитта</kwd><kwd>трансплантация гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd><kwd>рецидив</kwd><kwd>терапия 2‑й линии</kwd><kwd>таргетная терапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Baryakh E.A., Tyurina N.G., Vorobiev V.I. et al.
