Treatment adherence is the single most important modifiable factor compromising treatment outcomes. Poor adherence to treatment remains a worldwide problem regardless of the racial and socio-economic characteristics of the regions. In our review article, we reviewed the relevance of the terms, the history of their occurrence, methods of adherence assessing, and also presented a literary review of studies aimed at adherence to therapy in patients with blood system diseases and recipients of allogeneic organs and tissues.</p>
В обзорной статье мы рассмотрели актуальность терминов, историю их возникновения, методы оценки приверженности, а также представили обзор исследований приверженности к терапии у пациентов с заболеваниями системы крови и реципиентов аллогенных органов и тканей.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>adherence to lifestyle modification</kwd><kwd>adherence to drug therapy</kwd><kwd>adherence to medical care</kwd><kwd>recipients of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>приверженность к модификации образа жизни</kwd><kwd>приверженность к лекарственной терапии</kwd><kwd>приверженность к медицинскому сопровождению</kwd><kwd>реципиент аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Vitch R.
