We try to compare these changes with modern theories of normal tissues response to radiation therapy and chemotherapy. The investigation revealed that more than a half of the patients (58%) had not any clinical symptoms of small bowel iatrogenic lesions, including potentially dangerous late strictures.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье описывается первый опыт применения капсульной эндоскопии для диагностики поражений тонкой кишки, связанных с проведением химиолучевой терапии, у больных лимфомой Ходжкина (ЛХ), а также обсуждается соотношение выявленных изменений с современными представлениями о реакции нормальных тканей на ионизирующее излучение и препараты, используемые при химиотерапии. Установлено, что более чем у половины больных ЛХ (58%) ятрогенные поражения тонкой кишки протекают бессимптомно, в том числе такие потенциально опасные, как поздние стенозы кишки.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Hodgkin lymphoma</kwd><kwd>normal tissues response to radiation therapy and chemotherapy</kwd><kwd>capsule endoscopy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>лимфома Ходжкина</kwd><kwd>химиолучевое лечение</kwd><kwd>лучевые повреждения кишечника</kwd><kwd>капсульная эндоскопия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
