Patients treated with alemtuzumab or alemtuzumab in combination with fludarabine (FluCam). Therapy response, overall survival and incidence of side effects were estimated. Among 5 patients with primary CLL, therapy response was 100%. Alemtuzumab was high effective in patients with relapsed and refractory CLL too. The main complications were myelosupression and infections. High efficacy of alemtuzumab in CLL therapy was shown.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведена оценка эффективности алемтузумаба (Кэмпас) у 8 больных хроническим лимфолейкозом (ХЛЛ). Использовали алемтузумаб в монорежиме или в комбинации с флударабином (FluCam). Анализировали объективный ответ, общую выживаемость и частоту побочных эффектов. Среди 5 пациентов с впервые выявленным ХЛЛ ответ составил 100%. Алемтузумаб был высокоэффективен и при лечении больных ХЛЛ с рецидивом или рефрактерностью к предшествующей терапии. Основными осложнениями являлись миелосупрессия и инфекции.
