NKT cells play a key role in the regulation of different types of immune responses, contribute to the protection from tumor growth and metastasis, from different intracellular infections and from development of autoimmune diseases. NKT cells are of vital importance in the induction of antitumoral immune response due to their production of IFN-γ which activates NK cells, CD8+ T lymphocytes and macrophages.</p>
NKT-клетки играют ключевую роль в индукции противоопухолевого иммунного ответа за счет продукции IFN-γ, активирующего NK-клетки, CD8+ T-лимфоциты и макрофаги.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>IFN-γ</kwd><kwd>NKT cells</kwd><kwd>NK cells</kwd><kwd>autoimmune diseases</kwd><kwd>antitumoral immune response</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>IFN-γ</kwd><kwd>NKT-клетки</kwd><kwd>NK-клетки</kwd><kwd>аутоиммунные заболевания</kwd><kwd>противоопухолевый иммунный ответ</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
