Analysis of data of 27 patients with infantile (malignant) autosomal recessive osteopetrosis (ARO) (21 boys and 6 girls) allowed to describe and summarize the basic clinical features: hematopoiesis suppression, liver and spleen enlargement, vision and hearing failure, delay of psychomotor development, other neurological symptoms, specific radiological bone changes.</p>
Анализ данных 27 больных инфантильной (злокачественной) аутосомно-рецессивной (ARO) формой остеопетроза (21 мальчик и 6 девочек) позволил описать и суммировать основные клинические проявления: подавление функции костного мозга, гепатоспленомегалию, нарушение зрения, слуха, задержку психомоторного развития, другие неврологические симптомы, патогномоничные рентгенологические изменения костей.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>osteopetrosis</kwd><kwd>marble disease</kwd><kwd>clinical features</kwd><kwd>differential diagnosis</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>остеопетроз</kwd><kwd>«мраморная болезнь»</kwd><kwd>клиническая характеристика</kwd><kwd>дифференциальная диагностика</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
