The use of ESD remains the basic recommended treatment option for anemia in cancer patients treated with cytostatics if the causes of anemia, which are eliminable by other means, are absent. Introduction of darbepoetin α makes ESD therapy more convenient for patients and medical staff.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассматривается тактика лечения анемии у больных злокачественными новообразованиями, в частности, использование эритропоэзстимулирующих препаратов (ЭСП). Назначение ЭСП остается основным рекомендованным методом лечения анемии у онкологических больных, получающих терапию цитостатиками, при условии, что отсутствуют устранимые другим способом причины анемии. Внедрение в отечественную практику дарбэпоэтина α позволяет сделать терапию ЭСП более удобной для пациентов и медицинского персонала.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>anemia</kwd><kwd>erythropoiesis-stimulating drugs</kwd><kwd>darbepoetin α</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>анемия</kwd><kwd>эритропоэзстимулирующие препараты</kwd><kwd>дарбэпоэтин α</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
