Vaccination of children during and after completion of anticancer therapy is discussed. Reduction in immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases after completion of standard-dose chemotherapy that may demand reimmunization is demonstrated.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье представлен международный опыт вакцинации детей со злокачественными новообразованиями, получающими немиелоаблативную терапию. Рассмотрены вопросы вакцинации детей как на этапе противоопухолевой терапии, так и после ее окончания.
