Case report of severe anemia of unknown origin and delayed intravascular hemolysis of transfused blood products in 27 years old female patient with stage IV gastric adenocarcinoma. Article presented diagnostic process with mistakes analysis and literature review.

Описание случая. У пациентки 27 лет, страдающей диссеминированной аденокарциномой желудка, выявлена глубокая анемия, генез которой неясен. Проведение гемотрансфузий приводит к отсроченному внутрисосудистому гемолизу переливаемых эритроцитов. Представлены описание дифференциально-диагностического поиска, анализ диагностических ошибок, допущенных в его процессе, и литературный обзор, посвященный выявленному виду анемии.
