In comparison with initial compound they possess higher therapeutic activity and the optimized profile of toxic complications. In this review modern data on IMP antitumor activity with reference to multiple myeloma therapy are presented. Results of clinical study of lenalidomide in first-line therapy, in relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma and as a maintenance therapy after transplantation are shown.</p>
Освещены результаты завершенных и текущих клинических исследований по применению леналидомида в схемах 1-й линии, при рецидивах/рефрактерной ММ, а также в качестве поддерживающей терапии после трансплантационных технологий.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>immunomodulatory preparations</kwd><kwd>lenalidomide</kwd><kwd>multiple myeloma</kwd><kwd>activity mechanisms</kwd><kwd>therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>иммуномодулирующие препараты</kwd><kwd>леналидомид</kwd><kwd>множественная миелома</kwd><kwd>механизмы действия</kwd><kwd>лечение</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
