We compared immunophenotype of B-cell lymphoid neoplasms and their «normal cell» analogs taking into account 4 stages during B-cell differentiation: bone marrow B-cell precursors, mature naive B cells, B cells with follicular differentiation, and postfollicular B cells. We proposed an algorithm of immunohistochemical differential diagnosis.</p>
Предложены алгоритмы иммуногистохимической дифференциальной диагностики.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>non-Hodgkin's lymphomas</kwd><kwd>B-cell lymphomas</kwd><kwd>diagnosis</kwd><kwd>morphology</kwd><kwd>immunophenotype</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>неходжкинские лимфомы</kwd><kwd>В-клеточные лимфы</kwd><kwd>диагностика</kwd><kwd>морфология</kwd><kwd>иммунофенотип</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
