Being, on the one hand, a favorable prognostic factor for the effectiveness of anticancer therapy, these adverse events are one of the most frequent indications for treatment withdrawal. This article presents the clinical characteristics of a wide spectrum of dermatological adverse events, as well as the pathogenetic rationale for their correction. Algorithms for prescribing of external and systemic therapy based on the assessment of severity of skin lesions and skin appendages involvement are presented.</p>
Представлены алгоритмы назначения наружной и системной терапии с учетом степени тяжести поражения кожи и ее придатков.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>skin toxicity</kwd><kwd>epidermal growth factor inhibitor</kwd><kwd>acne-like rash</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>кожная токсичность</kwd><kwd>ингибитор эпидермального фактора роста</kwd><kwd>акнеподобная сыпь</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Chanprapaph K., Vachiramon V., Rattanakaemakorn P.
