Standardized flow cytometric protocols (the Euro-Flow conception) and algorithms for both the diagnosis of plasma cell tumors and the detection of minimal residual disease in plasma cell myeloma are described.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрены особенности и возможности проточно-цитометрической диагностики плазмоклеточных опухолей от моноклональной гаммапатии неясного значения IgM-типа до плазмоклеточной миеломы c учетом классификации опухолей лимфоидной и кроветворной тканей Всемирной организации здравоохранения (пересмотр 2017 г.) и клинических рекомендаций Национальной сети по борьбе с раком (NCCN, 2021).
