Extrarenal manifestations are observed in 20 % of patients, most of which are associated with damage of the central nervous system. Eculizumab is effective treatment option. The article describes a case report of the severe atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome in a 20 m. o. patient who received immunotherapy with anti-GD2 antibodies (dinutuximab beta) for a high-risk neuroblastoma.</p>
Эффективным методом лечения является экулизумаб.</p><p>В статье представлено описание клинического случая развития тяжелого течения атипичного гемолитического уремического синдрома у пациента 20 мес, получавшего иммунотерапию анти-GD2-антителами (динутуксимаб бета) по поводу нейробластомы высокого риска.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome</kwd><kwd>neuroblastoma</kwd><kwd>risk factor</kwd><kwd>immunotherapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атипичный гемолитический уремический синдром</kwd><kwd>нейробластома</kwd><kwd>фактор риска</kwd><kwd>иммунотерапия</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Fojo A.T.
