The article provides a literature review on the use of various spectra ultraviolet therapy in the treatment of patients with early stages of mycosis fungoides. The mechanisms of action of medium-wave ultraviolet therapy (UVB-311 nm) and PUVA therapy, causing the immunosuppressive, anti-inflammatory and anti-proliferative effect, are described. The results of retrospective studies of PUVA therapy and UVB-311 nm efficacy in patients with cutaneous T-cell lymphoma are presented, as well as modern literature evidence of the need for standardization of phototherapy methods for patients with mycosis fungoides.</p>
Представлены результаты ретроспективных исследований эффективности применения ПУВА-терапии и УФВ-311 нм у больных Т-клеточной лимфомой кожи, данные современной литературы, свидетельствующие о необходимости стандартизации методов фототерапии больных грибовидным микозом.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>mycosis fungoides</kwd><kwd>cutaneous T-cell lymphoma</kwd><kwd>PUVA therapy</kwd><kwd>UVB-311 nm</kwd><kwd>narrow-band phototherapy</kwd><kwd>narrow-band medium-wave ultraviolet therapy</kwd><kwd>phototherapy</kwd><kwd>ultraviolet radiation</kwd><kwd>photochemotherapy</kwd><kwd>skin lymphoma</kwd><kwd>retrospective study</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>грибовидный микоз</kwd><kwd>Т-клеточная лимофма кожи</kwd><kwd>ПУВА-терапия</kwd><kwd>УФВ-311 нм</kwd><kwd>узкополосная фототерапия</kwd><kwd>узкополосная средневолновая ультрафиолетовая терапия</kwd><kwd>фототерапия</kwd><kwd>ультрафиолетовое излучение</kwd><kwd>фотохимиотерапия</kwd><kwd>лимфома кожи</kwd><kwd>ретроспективное исследование</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Russian clinical guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of lymphopro-liferative diseases.
