A blood and dialysate free light chains concentrations change was criterion of efficiency.<bold>Results and conclusion</bold>. The selective free light chains filtration give the possibility of an adequate anti-tumor therapy, could prevent the development of irreversible renal failure and hypoalbuminemia.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold>Цель исследования</bold> – оценка эффективности экстракорпорального удаления избытка свободных легких цепей иммуноглобулинов у пациентов с моноклональными гаммапатиями (n = 12) в процессе гемодиализа с использованием селективных фильтров.<bold>Материалы и методы</bold>. Критерием эффективности лечения являлась динамика концентрации свободных легких цепей в сыворотке крови и диализате.<bold>Результаты и заключение</bold>.
