Characteristics of adverse events of modern antimycotics by organ systems and comparative frequency between different medicines and their groups are presented. The examples of incompatibility of antifungal drugs with other pharmacological groups are discussed. Records of adverse events and drug compatibility will allow the practitioner to prevent and timely cure possible complications, should they arise.

В работе дана характеристика нежелательных явлений (НЯ) при применении современных антимикотиков по системам органов, произведено сравнение частоты их возникновения между различными препаратами и группами препаратов. Приведены примеры несовместимости антимикотиков с препаратами других фармакологических групп. Учет НЯ и совместимости препаратов позволит практическому врачу предотвратить возможные осложнения и своевременно их купировать в случае их возникновения.
