This method is characterized by good tolerability, the lack of age restrictions, minimum of infectious complications compared to increasing immunosuppression. This therapy gives a real improvement in the quality of life.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Экстракорпоральный фотоферез доказал свою практическую эффективность в лечении хронической реакции «трансплантат против хозяина» после аллогенной трансплантации гемопоэтических стволовых клеток и представляет собой альтернативу другим методам лечения. К его преимуществам относятся хорошая переносимость, отсутствие ограничений по возрасту, минимум инфекционных осложнений по сравнению с последствиями увеличения иммуносупрессии.
