We can conclude that the existing integrated tests can be an important tool in the diagnosis of hypercoagulation. However, lack of standardization prevents their use: various tests and modifications of each test are different in sensitivity and specificity for each pathological condition. Furthermore, even in situations where the tests can reliably identify a group of patients with different degrees of thrombosis risk, their use in clinical practice is often difficult, since the differences between these groups were statistically significant, but the normal range and patients significantly overlap.</p>
Кроме того, даже в тех ситуациях, когда тесты могут достоверно выявлять группы пациентов с различной степенью риска тромбоза, их применение в клинической практике для принятия решений часто затруднительно, так как различия между такими группами статистически достоверны, однако диапазоны норм и пациентов значительно перекрываются</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>global assays of hemostasis</kwd><kwd>hypercoagulation</kwd><kwd>thrombosis</kwd><kwd>activated partial thromboplastin time</kwd><kwd>thrombin generation</kwd><kwd>thrombelastography</kwd><kwd>thrombodynamics</kwd><kwd>cancer</kwd><kwd>pregnancy</kwd><kwd>diabetes mellitus</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>интегральные тесты гемостаза</kwd><kwd>гиперкоагуляция</kwd><kwd>тромбоз</kwd><kwd>активированное частичное тромбопластиновое время</kwd><kwd>тест генерации тромбина</kwd><kwd>тромбоэластография</kwd><kwd>тромбодинамика</kwd><kwd>онкологические заболевания</kwd><kwd>беременность</kwd><kwd>сахарный диабет</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">грант Президента РФ, грант РФФИ, грант по Программе фундаментальных исследований Президи- ума РАН «Фундаментальные исследования для разработки биомедицинских технологий», Ирина Марченко</funding-statement></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
