Differences of cord blood stem cells in comparison with those from other sources were described. The role of microenvironment for stem cells self-renewal and differentiation is shown. The possibility of stem cells biological properties modeling on example of using a vector based on HIV type 1 containing Notch genes, to regulate CD133+ and CD34+ cord blood stem cells proliferation is shown.</p>
Исследованы возможности моделирования биологических свойств стволовых клеток на примере использования векторной конструкции на основе вируса иммунодефицита человека 1 типа, содержащей гены Notch, для регулирования пролиферации CD133+ и CD34+ гемопоэтических стволовых клеток пуповинной крови человека.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hematopoietic stem cells</kwd><kwd>cord blood</kwd><kwd>CD133+ cells</kwd><kwd>CD34+ cells</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>гемопоэтические стволовые клетки</kwd><kwd>пуповинная кровь</kwd><kwd>CD133+ клетки</kwd><kwd>CD34+ клетки</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">1.
